Bruce Springsteen Releases Philadelphia Freedom Cut Live Package

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band have premiered Land of Hope and Dreams American Tour (Philadelphia Freedom Cut), a new multi-part live release featuring selections from their May 30 tour finale. The entire performance was recorded and is rolling out in segments across the remainder of 2026.

“I’m thrilled to be releasing our final show from the Land of Hope and Dreams American Tour — recorded in the birthplace of American freedom, Philadelphia, USA,” Springsteen said in a statement. He added that the tour served as a platform to speak up in defense of the Constitution, Bill of Rights, and democracy.

The Tracklists for Parts 1 and 2

The first batch of songs arrived with cuts like “Born in the U.S.A.,” “Death to My Hometown,” “No Surrender,” and “Darkness on the Edge of Town,” alongside covers of the Motown classic “War” (written by Barrett Strong and Norman Whitfield) and The Clash’s “Clampdown.”

Band Lineup and Special Guests

The live recordings showcase the extensive touring lineup backing Springsteen. The E Street Band personnel for the trek featured Roy Bittan on piano and synthesizer, Nils Lofgren on guitar and vocals, Garry Tallent on bass guitar, Stevie Van Zandt on guitar and vocals, and Max Weinberg on drums.

They were joined on stage by Soozie Tyrell on violin, guitar, and vocals, Jake Clemons on saxophone, and Charlie Giordano on organ, keyboards, and accordion. The ensemble also featured The E Street Horns and Percussion — consisting of Anthony Almonte, Barry Danielian, Eddie Manion, Ozzie Melendez, and Curt Ramm — as well as The E Street Choir members Ada Dyer, Curtis King, Lisa Lowell, and Michelle Moore.

Guitarist Tom Morello also joined the ensemble as a special guest, performing at each of the 20 shows on the tour.
