Where music history comes alive

More than a collection of news and updates, Deadikace is a place where fans can rediscover legendary artists, uncover forgotten stories, discover new music, and celebrate the musicians who shaped generations.

It is also designed to become a home for following the artists you care about. Instead of searching across countless websites and platforms for news, new albums, tour announcements, interviews, and other updates, our goal is to bring those stories together around the artists themselves — connecting their past, present, and future in one place.

A conversation between generations

From rock & roll roots to modern sounds

The blues of B.B. King and Muddy Waters, the rhythm and blues of Chuck Berry and Little Richard, the soul of Otis Redding, the jazz influences that shaped artists like Jimi Hendrix and Frank Zappa, and the folk traditions carried by Bob Dylan all helped build the foundation of rock & roll.

From The Beatles and The Rolling Stones redefining popular music to Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Black Sabbath, Queen, and the Grateful Dead expanding its boundaries, each generation added new sounds, ideas, and stories.

Deadikace celebrates that endless journey while discovering the artists who continue to carry its spirit forward.

A community of passionate fans

Deadikace brings together rock fans from around the world who share the same passion: discovering great music and keeping its stories alive. It is a place to debate the greatest guitar solo, remember an unforgettable concert, discover an underrated artist, or revisit an album that changed your life.

Our ambition goes further than sharing content. Deadikace aims to build communities around the artists and bands people genuinely care about, giving fans a place to find and connect with others who share the same musical passions. Whether that means discussing a new album, meeting fellow fans before a concert, exchanging recommendations, or turning an online conversation into a real-life friendship, we want music to become a starting point for meaningful connections.

At the heart of that vision is a community where a shared passion for music can bring people together — from a conversation between two fans on opposite sides of the world to friendships and real-life connections built around the artists they love.

Our mission

To preserve and celebrate the legacy of rock music while introducing new generations to the artists, songs, and stories that deserve to be remembered.

Rock is not just something you hear. It is something you experience, remember, and pass on.

From the pioneers of rock & roll and the legends of classic rock to the blues musicians, jazz innovators, funk pioneers, and folk storytellers who inspired the sound of rock, Deadikace explores the roots, influences, and evolution of the music we love.

But our mission also looks forward. Deadikace is being built as a bridge between artists and the people who care about their music — a place where fans can follow their favorite artists, keep up with their latest news, releases, tours, and projects, and eventually connect with them more directly. Our long-term goal is to bring artists and their audiences closer together, while keeping the music, history, and stories at the heart of that connection.

The Story of the name

DeadikacePronounced “Dead-ee-kace”

Deadikace was created as a dedication to the music, artists, and stories that continue to inspire generations of rock fans.

The name begins with the French word “dédicace” — dedication — reflecting the passion behind preserving and celebrating the moments that shaped rock history. It also carries the spirit of the Grateful Dead, whose music and community embody the connection between artists and fans.

There is a personal story in the name, too. “Kace” was the nickname of Casey, a beloved companion who passed away around the time Deadikace was created. That connection made the project more than a media platform: it became a lasting dedication to something meaningful.
