Aerosmith Reveals Dates for their Final Goodbye Tour
Aerosmith – sometimes referred to as “The Bad Boys from Boston” and “America’s Greatest Rock and Roll Band” – which was formed in 1970, has recently announced their farewell tour called “Peace Out,” after more than 50 years on the road.
The tour will include dates in the United States and Canada from September to January and will feature The Black Crowes as their opening act. The band released a humorous promo video for the tour featuring special guests such as Slash, Ringo Starr, Eminem, Kelly Clarkson, and Dolly Parton.
The original drummer, Joey Kramer, was not featured in the video, indicating that he may not initially be part of the tour due to past internal and personal issues. John Douglas has been filling in as his substitute since 2020. The remaining classic members, Steven Tyler, Tom Hamilton, Brad Whitford, and Joe Perry, will be part of the tour.
Aerosmith stated in an official statement, “It’s not goodbye, it’s PEACE OUT! Get ready and walk this way, you’re going to get the best show of our lives.”
