Chicago Announces More Than 20 New Concert Dates for Early 2027

Chicago may still be working through their ongoing fall tour, but the band is already locking in their schedule for the new year. Co-founding trumpeter Lee Loughnane will lead the group on a newly announced run of more than 20 shows stretching into the spring of 2027.

The upcoming itinerary follows a busy 2026 for the band, which included a co-headlining tour with Styx that wrapped up in September. Alongside their touring schedule, the band mourned the recent death of Loughnane’s co-founding bandmate Walt Parazaider, a multi-instrumentalist who had previously retired from the group to address health issues.

Lineup and Las Vegas Return

Out on the road, Loughnane is joined by singer Rudy Cardenas, saxophonist and flute player Ray Herrmann, trombone player Nick Lane, guitarist Tony Obrohta, bassist and vocalist Eric Baines, keyboardists and vocalists Carlos Murguia and Justin Avery, drummer Wally Reyes Jr., and percussionist Ramon “Ray” Yslas.

The 2027 schedule features a return to the Venetian Theatre inside Las Vegas’ Venetian Resort, a venue where the band kicked off their touring this year. This upcoming engagement extends Chicago’s streak at the venue to a 10th consecutive year and brings their total number of appearances there to 70.

Citi cardmembers have access to pre-sale tickets for the Venetian Resort shows starting Monday (Oct. 12) through Thursday (Oct. 15) via the Citi Entertainment program, with general ticket sales opening on Friday (Oct. 16).
