Steve Hackett Details 2027 North American ‘Best of Genesis & Solo Gems’ Tour
Former Genesis guitarist Steve Hackett is bringing his extensive catalog back to North America, announcing his first round of concert dates for 2027. The guitar virtuoso has lined up nearly 20 shows across the continent for next spring.
Best of Genesis & Solo Gems
The upcoming run is officially billed as the “Best of Genesis & Solo Gems” tour, continuing his ongoing dedication to performing landmark material from his time with Genesis alongside highlights from his extensive solo career.
“I’ll be bringing this thrilling new show out in 2027 to celebrate the very best of Genesis, including the biggest fan favorites, as well as solo classics,” Hackett shared in a press release. “It will be a blast!”
Hackett’s touring lineup for these dates features keyboardist Lalle Larsson, singer Nad Sylvan, bassist and guitarist Jonas Reingold, multi-instrumentalist Rob Townsend, and drummer Felix Lehrmann.
A Packed Itinerary
Before launching the North American leg, Hackett has a busy schedule ahead. Following the conclusion of his current U.K. tour on Oct. 26, he will play five dates in Italy in mid-November. Early next year will also bring a series of solo acoustic performances in East Sussex, England, in early February, followed by an appearance on the Cruise to the Edge at the start of April.
The North American tour officially kicks off two days after docking, starting with an April 10 performance in Atlanta. The itinerary features stops in Washington, D.C., New York, Toronto, and beyond before wrapping up on May 6 in Québec.
