Foo Fighters Launch 2026 Take Cover Tour With Massive Set in Toronto
Foo Fighters officially launched their 2026 North American Take Cover stadium tour with a marathon 26-song performance at Rogers Stadium in Toronto. Supported on the run by Queens of the Stone Age, the Dave Grohl-fronted band wasted no time digging into a massive setlist that spanned decades of their catalog.
Inside the Toronto Tour Opener

After launching red smoke into the air from the stage, the band opened the night with "All My Life" from 2002’s One by One.
Midway through the evening, the group moved to a secondary B-stage for an acoustic set. That intimate stretch included an acoustic rendition of "Wheels," "Marigold" (a demo written during Grohl’s Nirvana era), and "Big Me" from their 1995 self-titled debut.
Setlist Highlights and Tributes
Toward the tail end of the main set, the band played "Caught in the Echo," marking the sole track featured from their new album, Your Favorite Toy. Following custom from recent years, the band paid tribute to late drummer Taylor Hawkins by performing "Aurora," while "The Teacher" was dedicated to Grohl’s late mother, Virginia. The night ultimately wrapped up with an encore featuring "Everlong," punctuated by fireworks.
Queens of the Stone Age set aside the semi-acoustic arrangements of their recent Catacombs tour to deliver a heavy, full-bore rock opening set. Their performance included a three-song run each from 2013’s …Like Clockwork and 2002’s Songs for the Deaf.
